Taking action in our mental health is not always an easy endeavor. Sometimes we're aloof and distant, not really knowing what direction to move towards. We keep a lot inside. Initially, taking action can feel overwhelming. However, over time therapy can feel like a walk and talk towards a vantage point. Reaching out with an initial telephone call can be a vulnerable action. I'll be there with you on that first call and throughout the transitions that lay ahead.
